Pages describing fund expense audits and related reviews are informational. They do not create an auditor–client relationship until both parties sign an engagement letter. Fee figures are guidance only.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, and branding on this site belong to Cloud Computing or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. You may quote short excerpts with attribution when discussing our public articles.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt servers, scrape content at scale, submit malicious payloads through forms, or impersonate another person when contacting us.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Cloud Computing is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content alone. Professional conclusions are delivered only under a signed engagement. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different forum chosen in an engagement letter.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
