When to commission this
Use this when a single grant tranche, matching-fund drawdown, or government reimbursement is due for reporting and you want an independent sample before figures leave the building.
Scope
We select items from the tranche listing, test eligibility against the grant letter, and check that payment timing and support match what the donor expects. Results feed your donor pack; they are not a substitute for the donor’s own audit rights.
