Data we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, message content, engagement interest, period under review)
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, if analytics cookies are accepted
• Correspondence related to engagements once work begins (held under the engagement file, not only website systems)

Purposes

We use enquiry data to respond to your message, prepare fee proposals, and — if you engage us — to deliver fund expense audit work. Analytics data, when enabled, helps us understand which pages are read.

Legal basis and PDPO

We process enquiry data with your consent when you submit a form, and as needed to take steps toward a contract. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are typically retained up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Engagement files follow retention periods stated in the engagement letter (often seven years for financial review papers). Analytics data is retained according to the tool’s settings, usually 14 months or less.

Your rights

You may request access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, and erasure where we have no continuing need or legal duty to keep it. Email info@cloud-computing.digital with enough detail to locate your records. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong, regarding unresolved concerns.

International transfers

Our primary operations and storage are in Hong Kong. If a processor outside Hong Kong is used (for example email hosting), we select providers with appropriate safeguards and contractual terms.
