How we price fund expense audits and related reviews — fixed fees once sampling scope is clear.
Fees are informational. Nothing on this page is a checkout or payment request. Final figures are confirmed in an engagement letter after we see the fund period and population size.

How quotes are built
- You share the period, approximate number of disbursements, and any donor restrictions.
- We propose a sample size and attribute list.
- You receive a fixed fee for that scope, plus assumptions about document access.
If documents arrive late or the population expands mid-fieldwork, we pause and agree a variation before continuing.
What is not included
Statutory audit fees, translation of large document sets, forensic imaging, and travel outside Hong Kong unless listed in the letter. Deposits and cancellation terms are described on our refunds page.
